Zesty Jalapeno Guacamole
Avocados are full of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K, vitamin E, vitamin C and B-vitamins, potassium, copper and healthy fats which protect your heart and eyes and when added to a meal, keep you feeling fuller for longer.
NOTES:

Serve immediately to prevent avocado from going brown

To sweeten you can add chopped Perino tomatoes
INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado

Juice from 1 lime
-
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
-
1 tbsp chopped coriander
-
1 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos

seal salt & pepper to taste
METHOD

Remove skin and pit from avocado
-
Add lime juice to avocado and squash with a fork
-
Add the rest of the ingredient and stir until all ingredients evenly mixed throughout
