Immunity Boosting Soup

This soup is rich in Flu fighting and body supporting nutrients to help you kick a cold or boost your immunity to make sure you don't get sick in the first place!

Garlic and onions are naturally antibacterial, anti fungal and antiviral.

INGREDIENTS

1 head of cauliflower

12 chopped brussel sprouts

12 cloves garlic

2 brown onions

1 litre chicken bone broth/stock

Himalayan salt

olive oil
 

METHOD
1.Pre-heat oven to 170C

2. Cut cauliflower into slices and spread evenly over baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over Himalayan salt. Roast for half an hour.

3. Once cauliflower has roasted, dice onion and garlic and add to pan with a splash of olive oil. Cook until onion appears slightly glassy, then add brussel sprouts. Keep stirring for 10 mins.

4. Add broth/stock and cauliflower, and simmer on low heat for 10 mins.

5. Optional- blend if u prefer a creamy consistency to your soup.
Add cayenne to warm you and move congestion along if you're unwell.
