Crispy Skin Salmon
Salmon is one of the best sources of the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA which decrease inflammation, lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of cancer and improve the function of the cells that line your arteries.

NOTES:

This goes amazingly well with the Zesty Jalapeno Guacamole
INGREDIENTS
-
1 piece salmon (the tail pieces are better for cooking this way)
-
Coconut oil
-
Sea Salt

METHOD
-
Place a tbsp coconut oil in a non-stick pan and heat on a med-high heat

Blot salmon skin with paper towel and rub sea salt in to skin to assist with drying
-
Once oil is hot, place salmon skin side down in oil and cook for 4 mins
-
Flip salmon and cook on other side for 2-3 mins

Serve skin side up with lemon wedge
