Fresh, nutritious and versatile. This almond pesto is packed with flavour and 
Nutritional yeast is great for replacing the cheesy flavour in your cooking if you're trying to avoid dairy. Nutritional yeast contains folic acid, niacin, zinc, thiamine and selenium.

FODMAP friendly, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten-free, Dairy-free

NOTES:

  • Best stored in the fridge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup roasted almonds

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh basil 

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • optional-  1 tbsp nutritional yeast (for Parmesan flavour replacement)

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and combine until paste consistency
